High rigidity box way design
The base is made of high rigidity iron plate welded and annealed, and the whole machine adopts hard rail (medium carbon steel S50C material, and the surface hardness reaches HRC52 after high frequency heat treatment) designed with high stability to withstand long time abrasion, and it can greatly reduce the vibration generated when cutting in large aperture to ensure the accuracy after processing.
