About us
Set up in March 2012 with the commitment to enhance quality, techniques and service related to deep-hole machining that calls for precision manufacturing process, Ascender Machinery Inc. boasts a management team with ample experience and expertise in machine tool assembly, design, and deep-hole machining applications. We supply primarily gun drilling and trepan drilling machines; the former is available in GC series, includingsingle spindle central hole machining, multi-spindles and customized models, as well as TG series with optionsof three-axes displacement non-central machining units, while the latter is available in BTA and AMB seriesincluding models for large-bore, 1m~3m length machining.
Operating product series
- In 2012, we started to develop and produce GC series, single spindle, multi-spindle and customized machines for center hole machining.
- In 2013, we started R&D and production of TG series, three-axis displacement non-center hole machining series.
- In 2014, we began R&D and production of the AMB series of artillery drills (BTA system), which are large-diameter center holes with a processing length of 1 m to 3 m.
- In 2015, developed multi-spindle center hole gun drilling + automatic loading and unloading robotic arm.
- In 2016, we began R&D and production of AMT series of core drilling machines to enhance the reuse rate of processed materials.
- In 2017, we started R&D and production of AMC series of iron chip compressor, cutting oil recycling and reuse of resources.
Since the establishment of Frontier Diamond, our products have not only been recognized by customers in Taiwan, but also sold to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, China, Russia, and other countries around the world.
